Do to the previously used nature of our items, Chill Retro does not grant returns or exchanges. This rule applies to all sales in our physical retail store or online sales. We do our best to describe our items accurately and honestly.

Be sure of your purchase. Read the entire product description text, view all photos, read about conditions and size.

We are available by phone or e-mail. All items are previously experienced and are over 50 years old in many cases.  These are not new items. Expect some level of wear such as minor scratches etc.  When there is an instance of excessive wear or damage we will note it on description.

Contact us with 24-48 hours of purchase if there is a problem with your order. We will work with you to mediate the issue.

Shipments may not be cancelled. We are flexible in working through issues with our clients.
